These terms cover the public directory at agenticpaycheck.com and the Starter Kit. A governing-law clause is intentionally not invented here.

The directory

Pages are information. They are not an offer of work, a franchise, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use an idea, including marketplace rules, advertising rules, employment law, tax, and the licenses of any model or tool.

No earnings promise

Read the earnings disclaimer. Reported figures belong to the named sources. Your results will differ. Many entries will not produce income.

Submissions

If you submit an opportunity, you confirm you have the right to share it. We may edit, grade, decline, or publish it. Publication does not create a partnership. You can ask us to take down a submission you sent.

Sponsorship

Sponsor and featured-listing prices are hypotheses until a placement is agreed. A payment, when checkout is live, buys a labeled placement or a faster review. It does not buy an evidence grade, a rewrite of a risk, or removal of a scam-watch flag.

Starter Kit refunds

The Starter Kit costs $29 and is delivered as a download. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@agenticpaycheck.com from the address you paid with, or include that address in the message. We refund the card Stripe charged. The free directory, playbooks, and newsletter are not part of that purchase.

The kit is education. It does not promise income, revenue, profit, or a job. Figures in it are the same sourced figures as the public directory.

Playbooks

Playbooks in this version are free. Copying them onto another site as if they were yours is not allowed. Linking to them is fine.

Liability

The directory is provided as published research. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from it, including money you spend, clients you take, or tools you buy. Some places do not allow limits like that. Where they do not, the limit is the smallest the law allows.
